Membership Details

We offer our clients various types of membership options. You can choose or customize your membership to fit your needs. Various packages have been designed and put on offer, keeping the clients specific requirements in mind. Packages are offered on the basis of :

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • HalfYearly
  • Yearly

Services in these respective packages are demarcated further on the basis of the services as desired by the clients i.e.

Platinum: For clients who prefer assistance throughout their schedule. Services such as assessments, diet counseling, customized exercise packages etc were offered to the clients which includes personal trainer and Nutrition.

Gold: For clients who prefer assistance throughout their schedule. Services such as assessments, diet counseling, General exercise packages which need least assistance. Etc was offered to the clients which includes General trainer and Nutrition.

Silver: Designed for clients who are already adept and familiar with the cardio and strength equipment and who would need least assistance.

If you would like to work out together with your friends or family members or, encourage them to start a healthy lifestyle, we will be happy to offer them a complimentary workout including an introduction to our services and facilities.

                                                               Workout when you want

You can usually start exercising from as early 5.30am to as late as 9pm weekdays*, 5.30am to 11am on weekends* and Public Holidays are generally closed. It's best to check with your club for exact opening times.
