Chelsea Club includes an extensive range of the latest in resistance training equipment from Cybex. There are both selected machine weights and free weights to meet your specific strength training needs. The selected strength equipment is safe, easy to use, that each muscle group is exercised effectively and provides a significant range of motion. Cardio equipment like rowers, upright exercise bikes and recumbent exercise bikes are placed in the strength area to help in Circuit training .Recently we have installed advance strength equipment like Assisted Chin- Up machine.
Our fitness trainers will develop and monitor a personal program and provide you with the guidance on how to correctly use all equipment and ensure your using the correct technique for maximum results.
